We keep pricing flexible because every organisation has different needs. A small team running one anonymous snapshot does not need the same reporting depth as a larger organisation tracking multiple groups over time.

- Pricing: Prices shown are starting prices for smaller teams or pilot groups. Final quotes depend on participant number, assessment frequency, reporting depth, and customisation needs.
- Billing: Pilot Scan is billed as a one-off project fee. Monthly Insight usually includes a one-off setup fee and is then billed monthly in advance. Quarterly Pattern Reports are billed per quarter unless agreed otherwise.
- Payment: No direct payment is taken on this page. Contracts and payments are handled through our sales process.
- Delivery: Services are delivered digitally after the order or service agreement is confirmed.
- Refunds & cancellation: Project fees and subscriptions are subject to the terms agreed before purchase. Monthly services can usually be cancelled from the next billing cycle unless a different term is agreed.
