Pre-contract Information

• Pricing: Digital wellbeing assessments are priced per User/Seat by size bands (see Pricing). Enterprise pricing is custom.
• Billing: Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans reflect a 25% discount vs monthly. Additional seats purchased mid-term are billed pro-rata.
• Cooling-off (UK/EEA): Consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts. If you ask us to begin immediately, you acknowledge losing the right to cancel once Services are fully supplied; partial supply may be charged pro-rata.
• Refunds & cancellation: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable for partial months. You may cancel renewal effective at the end of the current term.
• Delivery: Services are delivered digitally via our platform after your Order is confirmed.
• Payment: No direct payment on this page. All contracts and payments are handled through our sales process.
• Data retention: As set out in our Privacy Policy (typically up to 12 months after contract end, unless a different period is agreed or required by law).
